Cancellation Policy

At LEVELSTRADER.COM, we strive to deliver valuable trading insights to support your success. If you need to cancel or manage your subscription, we’ve made the process simple and clear.

14-Day Cancellation Period:

You may cancel your subscription within 14 days of starting your subscription to LEVELSTRADER.COM. However, please note that while you are free to cancel within this period, the payment for that particular month is non-refundable. Your cancellation will simply serve as a notice, and your access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.

Subscriptions Over 1 Month:

For subscriptions that extend beyond the first month, you are eligible to cancel within 14 days of each new billing cycle. This gives you sufficient time to evaluate our service and decide if you wish to continue.

Subscription Renewal:

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. If you no longer wish to continue, you must cancel within 14 days of the renewal date.

Cancellation Process:

To cancel your subscription, please email [email protected] with your account details. We require exactly 5 business days to process your cancellation request.
Important: If your cancellation request is submitted fewer than 5 business days before your next billing date, it may not be processed in time, and the subscription may renew for the next month. In such cases, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the newly renewed billing cycle.
